Day 1 — Olhão and the Flavours of the Sea
Morning: Olhão Market — the Algarve’s best fish market.
Lunch: Razor clam rice with Ria Formosa views.
Afternoon: Cataplana cooking class. Learn to make the Algarve’s signature dish.
Day 2 — Loulé and the Interior
Morning: Loulé Municipal Market — fruits, cheeses, honey, artisan produce.
Lunch: Piri-piri chicken on the Guia road — the grilled chicken capital.
Afternoon: Medronho distillery visit and tasting. Almond pastries in Loulé.
Day 3 — Lagos and Wine
Morning: Algarve winery visit — the region’s wine scene is booming.
Lunch: Monkfish cataplana or fish stew at a seafront restaurant in Lagos.
Afternoon: Dom Rodrigo and other convent sweets. Farewell cocktail at the marina.
